Thought I would add my short notes to this, for the scanners out there. Thanks Leo!

January: Water levels are 1 inch above last year’s January level.

February–April: Levels are projected to be 1–2 inches above last year’s levels.

May: Projected to be 1 inch below last year’s level.

June: Projected to be 1 inch above last year’s level.

July: Projected to be 1 inch below last year’s level.
Additional note:
Precipitation in January was well above average, but colder temperatures increased evaporation, resulting in below-average water supplies.
